Bookkeeper

Randstad is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper for a very well established and growing manufacturer headquartered in Deerfield Beach, FL. This critical role manages the complete accounting cycle to maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision-making. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package, PTO, paid company holiday week and bonus structure.

salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bookkeeping cycle, including daily transaction recording, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
• Process all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and process payroll, calculating wages, deductions, and benefits in compliance with regulations.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to inform management and business decisions.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory and fixed assets, and assist in budgeting/forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors during tax preparation and financial audits.
