Job Description:
Are you a hands-on worker looking for big hours and a clear path to a raise? We are hiring energetic Assemblers to build products using manual and power tools in a safe, clean environment. This is an active role where you'll be standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day to meet production targets . To qualify, you'll need a High School Diploma/GED , the ability to speak English , and must pass a background check and drug test. Here is the plan for your success: You will start with paid training from 6am-2:30pm for your first 3 months , then transition to your permanent shift starting in April 2026, which runs from 3pm-11:30pm with mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed (hello, big checks! ). Stick with us, and you'll see a guaranteed pay increase in April 2026!
