Construction Specialist IV (Quality Assurance)
- Conduct quality inspections and audits on construction sites
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential quality issues
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols
- Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality standards
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare quality reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of construction codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g. CQA) is a plus
