Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist (Spanish-English) who is personable, responsible, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent front office support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical setting and a strong understanding of front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients with a warm and professional demeanor

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

• Verify insurance coverage and benefits

• Collect copays and deductibles accurately

• Maintain organized front office operations and patient records

• Ensure a clean, welcoming reception area

• Communicate effectively with both patients and team members

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting

• Knowledge of insurance verification, copays, and deductible procedures

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

• Experience in aesthetics or wellness clinics a plus
