Our firm has established a solid name as a reliable partner in the grocery and retail industries through diligence and hard effort. It quickly established itself as one of the state's preferred architectural firms. Position OverviewWe are seeking a Principal to lead our architectural efforts within the retail sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing innovative solutions that enhance our business operations and customer experiences. This position requires a deep understanding of architectural principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and strategy for retail projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.
- Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance architectural processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience working as a lead on variety of project scales.
- Proven experience in the retail sector, with a focus on architecture.
- Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in grocery and convenience store architecture is a plus.
