Medical Assistant (eClinical Works)
The Medical Assistant will support providers with both clinical and administrative duties. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is required for this role. Responsibilities
- Room patients, take vital signs, and document patient information
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures
- Update and maintain patient records in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Handle patient intake, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Manage phone calls, prescription refills, and patient inquiries
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared
- Must have experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Previous Medical Assistant experience (1+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
