RECEPTIONIST / MAIL CLERK
Location: Immokalee, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist / Mail Clerk to provide front-office and administrative support for our client in Immokalee, FL
The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, reliable, and comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, and callers in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Receive, sort, distribute, and organize incoming mail.
- Assist with general office and administrative duties.
- Maintain an organized and professional reception and office area.
- Provide courteous assistance to visitors and employees.
- Perform other general clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable navigating though MS Word and Outlook programs.
- Professional telephone and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Dependable and punctual with a professional attitude.
- Basic computer and office equipment skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
