Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a Financial Operations consultant for a big 4 audit firm. Act as a central point of contact for all territory finance departments

salary: $38 - $38.81 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

- Prior agency and/or consulting recruiting experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools
- Direct sourcing experience
- Cold calling experience
- Ability to recruit for AI engineering roles
- Strategy& recruiting experience is a plus
- Agile, with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)
- Data-driven, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Negotiation experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
