An Internal Medicine Physician is needed in Panama City, Florida.

This position is with an established outpatient medical practice committed to delivering exceptional primary care in a collaborative and team-based environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range of $195,000 to $210,000 annually (based on experience)
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• 14 paid holidays annually
• 15 days of PTO (vacation, sick, and personal time)
• 6% 403(b) retirement plan (3% base contribution)
• 457(b) plan – company matches 50% of contributions up to the IRS maximum (must be on track to max out 403(b))
• CME allowance – $1,500 per year (can be used for CME, licensure, and DEA expenses)
• Up to 5 additional admin days per year for CME activities
• Relocation assistance – $1,000 available
• Malpractice insurance fully covered
• Full support staff
• No nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities
• Onsite provider role (no remote work)

Responsibilities

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Target patient volume: 16 patients per day
• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
