What We’re Seeking:
- Current FL Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience or interest in working with K-12 student populations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement evidence-based therapy strategies and maintain thorough documentation
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Your Daily Impact:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Deliver direct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, tailored to students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support academic and social development
- Monitor student progress, complete timely reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Promote awareness and understanding of speech and language development throughout the school community
