Administrative Assistant (Floater)
Location: North Miami Branch
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our North Miami branch. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, professional, and able to assist in a variety of administrative functions as needed. The right candidate will serve as a floater , providing support where needed and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
- Answer phones, direct calls, and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain organized files, records, and office documentation
- Assist with data entry, scheduling, and other clerical tasks
- Support multiple areas of the branch as needed in a floater capacity
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and applicants
- Help ensure the office remains organized and efficient on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in different support areas as needed
- Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
- Proficiency with basic office systems and computer programs is preferred
