Addison Group is partnering with our client, a global organization supporting sterilization and safety services across multiple industries. They are experiencing high hiring demand and are expanding their recruiting team to support nationwide operations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring across multiple locations in the U.S. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting for entry-level and operational positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open roles across various locations
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
• Coordinate and participate in intake meetings with hiring managers
• Support offer negotiations and collaborate with HR on compensation recommendations
• Attend hiring events such as job fairs and community outreach initiatives
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within the applicant tracking system
• Identify new sourcing strategies and process improvements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Taleo
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable working across different time zones
