Gold and Diamond Source (GDS), Americas fastest-growing family-owned jewelry store, is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Website/E-Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in helping us showcase our stunning inventory online and provide the same world-class experience our customers enjoy in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platform (descriptions, pricing, photos, availability)

Oversee daily operations of the GDS website and online store

Coordinate with photography and marketing teams to launch new products and promotions

Monitor website performance and user experience (site speed, navigation, broken links)

Process and follow up on online orders and customer inquiries

Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO, email campaigns, and digital advertising

Generate reports on website traffic, product performance, and online sales

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or web content management

Experience using platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic graphic editing or image optimization skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

Proficient with Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM tools

Excellent written and verbal communication

Jewelry or luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required

Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently
