• Enhancing customer experience through efficient order processing for cable, internet, voice, and mobile services.
• Ensuring accurate billing and operationally sound work orders.
• Handling order exceptions and serving as a liaison for various sales channels.
• Managing activations and resolving installation issues for residential customers.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in customer service or sales

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with computers and software applications
• Knowledge of office procedures and service troubleshooting

Skills & Abilities

• Strong English communication skills
• Effective prioritization, organization, and multitasking
• Ability to resolve customer issues independently and in teams
• Adaptability to work seated for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and solve problems under pressure
• Knowledge of the cable/telephony industry and residential products
