Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales & Account Manager to join our team in Tampa, Florida . This hybrid role combines inside sales, outbound prospecting, and field-based account management , making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and solving customer needs proactively.
As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a book of business by reaching out to both new and existing customers, educating them on our products, handling orders, and supporting the full customer lifecycle. You’ll work in close collaboration with warehouse, fulfilment, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach & Relationship Building
- Contact prospective and existing retail clients via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Present product offerings, promotions, and solutions tailored to their business needs
- Maintain ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Sales Execution
- Identify opportunities to grow order volume and product adoption within accounts
- Follow up on leads and past clients to re-engage interest
- Convert qualified leads into long-term customers
- Order Processing & Coordination
- Input and manage customer orders using internal tools
- Provide updates and resolve inquiries or delivery issues
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams for accurate, timely fulfillment
- Target Achievement & Pipeline Growth
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs (calls, sign-ups, revenue goals)
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Seek referrals and inbound opportunities to drive new business
Key Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage both phone and in-person sales
- Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales tracking
- Ability to travel locally for client visits as needed
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
