Associate Attorney - Complex Civil Litigation

Role Overview

Kubicki Draper is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our Complex Civil Litigation team in the Pensacola office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in General Liability and insurance defense. An Alabama license is a plus!

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Exceptional academic background with a J.D. degree
• Demonstrated strength in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy
• Commitment to providing excellent client service
• Strong organizational abilities with effective communication skills
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing

Your Responsibilities:

• Utilize MS Word, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiently
• Draft, review, and manage essential pleadings and motions, and respond to discovery requests
• Engage effectively with clients and colleagues
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
