The Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) is growing and looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to complete our close-knit, high-performing CSR team and we’re excited to welcome someone who takes pride in helping people and supporting exceptional veterinary care!

🗓️ Consistent part-time schedule (20–25 hrs/week)
• Sunday 4pm–9pm
• Monday & Tuesday 8am–4pm
💰 Weekend shift differentials

About FVRC:
FVRC is a busy specialty and emergency hospital dedicated to exceptional patient care and compassionate client service. As we continue to expand services for our community, we’re strengthening our CSR team with people who want to build lasting careers in veterinary medicine — not just fill a role.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome and support clients as the first point of contact
Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system
Coordinate closely with clinical teams for seamless care
Maintain accurate medical records and client information
Process payments and financial transactions
Keep calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced setting
Represent FVRC’s standards of care and service excellence
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years CSR experience in specialty, ER, or high-volume veterinary practice
Clear, compassionate communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfort with technology and practice systems
Adaptability and problem-solving ability
A positive, team-oriented mindset
