We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Assistant Director to join our growing Huntington Learning Center team. This is the perfect opportunity if you love combining education, organization, and customer service in a role where you can truly make a difference to students in our community.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our center—building strong relationships with families, keeping operations running smoothly, and helping students succeed through proven tutoring and test prep programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• 1–2 years of management, education, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep our front office organized and welcoming.
• Manage schedules and center operations.
• Conduct academic evaluations and track student progress.
• Tutor students in areas of need.
• Partner with parents and staff to ensure student success.
• Assist with local marketing to grow our community impact.

• Mon–Thurs: 2: 30 PM – 8:00 PM.
• Sat: 8:45 AM – 1:00 PM.
• (24–25 hours/week).

Salary:

• $20/hr.
