This role is all about top-of-funnel activity, focusing on generating interest and setting the stage for success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your daily grind will be dynamic and engaging. You'll be out in the field, meeting new people and showcasing the value of Maker's Construction Inc. Your responsibilities will include:

• Approaching potential customers directly in their neighborhoods.
• Delivering a compelling and concise pitch about our services.
• Quickly building rapport and establishing trust with a diverse range of individuals.
• Skillfully asking qualifying questions to understand customer needs and interest levels.
• Effectively handling objections with confidence and a positive attitude.
• Negotiating and securing solid appointments for our sales closers.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $64,500 and $128,700 annually , directly reflecting your success in booking appointments. Your drive and performance will directly translate into your income.
