ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join a small, hands-on team in Orlando.

This role combines customer service, online order processing, product personalization, inventory, packing, and shipping . The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing computer-based work with hands-on fulfillment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Process incoming eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify products, quantities, personalization details, shipping methods, and customer instructions.
• Pick, inspect, pack, label, and ship customer orders.
• Monitor special orders and delivery deadlines.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment workspace.

Product Personalization

• Personalize products using engraving equipment and established procedures.
• Verify names, initials, dates, logos, and customization details before production.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare basic digital files for customization when needed.
• Identify and communicate potential issues before completing customized orders.

Inventory Support

• Update inventory quantities and product information.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Report low stock, damaged products, and discrepancies.
• Keep inventory clearly labeled and organized.
• Help ensure physical inventory matches system records.

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Assist customers by phone, email, and online chat.
• Answer questions about products, personalization, order status, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
• Take customer orders by phone and accurately enter information.
• Help customers select products, gifts, and personalization options.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Recommend relevant products or accessories when appropriate.
• Support seasonal promotions, corporate gifts, wholesale orders, and custom projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of customer service, order processing, retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, shipping, or related experience.
• Associate degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, email, and online chat.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively within a small team.
• Willingness to learn new products, systems, equipment, and procedures.
• Comfortable switching between desk-based and hands-on responsibilities.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Orlando, FL 32835.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• eCommerce order processing or fulfillment experience.
• Experience with inventory, shipping, CRM, order-management, or POS systems.
• Experience with personalization, engraving, printing, production, jewelry, or gift products.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop .
• Experience with corporate, wholesale, custom, or high-value orders.
• Experience with accessories, jewelry, fashion, gifting, or personalized products.
