Associate, Marketing
- Support the execution of strategic marketing plans that help position Deloitte in the government marketplace, including thought leadership, events, and omnichannel campaigns.
- Coordinate content planning and support the development, drafting, and review of marketing content for web, email, social, and collateral channels.
- Manage updates to Deloitte's external website and support featured content publishing to drive engagement.
- Support paid and organic marketing campaigns by coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking timelines, and assisting with launch, measurement, and optimization activities.
- Support marketplace event project management, stakeholder coordination, and prioritization of high-priority marketing initiatives, while escalating risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another field
- 1+ years of post-college experience in marketing or communications
- 1+ years of experience supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and programs
- 1+ years of experience with marketing fundamentals, including content marketing, audience segmentation, or search engine optimization
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting marketing programs in government or professional services environments
- Experience supporting event planning, logistics, or event marketing activities
- Experience updating website content in a content management system
- Experience drafting or reviewing marketing content for web, email, or social channels
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,200 to $100,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
