Personal Injury Discovery Scheduler

The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super Personal Injury Discovery Scheduler.

Job Duties:

• Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff.
• Assist with organizing, drafting, reviewing, and filing Requests for Admissions, Requests for Production, and Interrogatories to opposing parties.
• Managing, drafting, and reviewing discovery responses in a timely and efficient.
• Maintain and follow up on all Non-Party production documents, including Requests for Copies and non-party logs.
• Knowledge of the E-filing system on both the State and Federal levels.
• Assist with scheduling depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
• Contact with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
• Preparation of other pleadings, Motions, and Orders under the supervision of attorneys, as needed.

Benefits:

• $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year.
• Plus, potential for monthly bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-starter and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
• Exemplary tenure with previous employers.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Preferred if the candidate is a Florida Bar Certified paralegal.
