Pay Rate: Starting at $14/hr (commensurate with education and experience)

Your Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create meaningful learning experiences that foster both academic and personal growth in young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with a proven early childhood curriculum

• Maintain a safe, caring, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment

• Support children's growth through interactive, hands-on learning activities

• Observe, document, and assess developmental milestones

• Partner with families to support each child's unique journey

• Uphold all state licensing, health, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• CDA or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred

• Completion of 45 Hours of DCF Training (required)

• At least 1 year of classroom experience with young children

• Dependable, enthusiastic, and committed to early education excellence
