Commission: Tier System - Must hit 10 MA deals to be eligible for commission.
10 Deals: $40/deal
14 Deals: $50/deal
18 Deals: $60/deal
22 Deals: $70/deal
Spiffs: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly - Money wheel spins, Big prize giveaways/Money tornado, Quarterly resort stay for highest and most compliant sales agent
Culture: Upbeat, money motivated, welcoming, fun & friendly
Job specifications: Hungry, money motivated people. New or seasoned agents both work. I don't care if you're the greatest sales agent but if you carry a dark cloud over your head or are not coachable, this isn't the place for you. Show up on time and want to work.
