Lead Spray Foam & Insulation Installer – West Palm Beach / Palm Beach County

Airtight Spray Foam Insulation, LLC is a growing, family-owned insulation contractor serving South Florida. We specialize in spray foam insulation, attic performance, and indoor air quality solutions. We’re seeking a Lead Spray Foam & Insulation Installer to join our crew and help us deliver quality projects safely and efficiently.

This work is physically demanding and takes place in hot attics and tight spaces . If you’re dependable, tough, and want a long-term opportunity with real growth, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Operate spray foam rig and equipment (Graco proportioners, hoses, spray guns)

• Lead a small crew on residential & light commercial projects

• Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation

• Perform insulation removal (blown-in vacuum, batt tear-out, attic cleanup)

• Install foil insulation, fiberglass batts, and blown-in insulation

• Handle site prep, masking, cleanup, and rig maintenance

• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every job

• Communicate with office, homeowners, and contractors as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years spray foam experience required (lead installer preferred)

• Experience with insulation removal and multiple insulation types a plus

• Physically capable of working in hot, extreme environments (attics, crawlspaces)

• Strong work ethic – dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

What We Offer

• $18–$30 per hour DOE (Depends on Experience)

  • Helpers/entry-level start at $18–$20/hr with rapid raises for reliability.

  • Experienced lead sprayers may earn up to $30/hr.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays if needed)

Location

Jobs are primarily in Palm Beach County and Martin County. Warehouse is based in West Palm Beach.
