Owner Operator / Location Manager (Miami Region)

A key platform within our ecosystem is launching ready-to-operate retail and food service locations . We are seeking applicants to become Owner-Operators to independently operate and grow these locations.

Minimum Requirements
- Must have the legal right to establish and operate a Limited Liability Company (LLC) (or equivalent business entity)
- Proven leader, skilled in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to long-term success
- Motivated by autonomy, financial freedom, and building something meaningful
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations including staffing, customer service, inventory, and performance goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or multi-unit operations
- Experience as a former Owner-Operator, Store Manager, General Manager, or Assistant Manager
- Knowledge of store operations including inventory, merchandising, loss prevention, and customer service
- Comfort with technology-driven workflows (POS, reporting dashboards, online ordering, delivery integration, etc.)
