Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish)
Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33073
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs.
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy office in Pompano Beach, FL. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys providing excellent customer service while handling a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records.
- Manage paper inventory and office supply levels.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation.
- Provide front desk and reception coverage.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Support the office team with day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar office role.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Accurate data entry and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends when business needs require.
