Steadfast Contractors Alliance is seeking a driven and experienced Landscape Maintenance Branch Manager to lead operations at our Palmetto Branch . This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Position Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Palmetto branch, including operations, team leadership, client satisfaction, and financial performance . This role will oversee maintenance crews, account management, and branch-level administrative functions while ensuring alignment with Steadfast’s company standards and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

• Oversee all landscape maintenance operations for the Palmetto branch.

• Ensure routes, schedules, and services are executed efficiently and on time.

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with irrigation, enhancements, and other divisions to support client needs.

Financial Performance

• Manage branch budget, revenue, and profitability.

• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment costs to ensure efficiency.

• Review job costing and identify opportunities to improve margins.

• Drive growth through enhancements and additional service offerings.

Team Leadership

• Lead, manage, and develop account managers, supervisors, and field crews .

• Recruit, hire, and train team members to support branch growth.

• Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance.

• Foster a strong team culture aligned with Steadfast values.

Client Relationships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, and HOAs.

• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to ensure satisfaction.

• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.

Safety amp; Compliance

• Ensure all branch operations follow company safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

• Promote a culture of safety and accountability across all teams.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in landscape maintenance

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role

• Experience managing commercial accounts, HOAs, or large-scale properties

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Solid understanding of landscape maintenance operations

• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and job costing

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Experience with landscape or service management software

• Knowledge of irrigation and enhancement services
