Location: Fort Myers, FL
Position Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Perm)
Pay: $24–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a growing construction company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and likes being part of a close-knit, family-oriented team.

The Office Administrator will serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal staff while helping ensure the office and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers, vendors, and visitors professionally
• Monitor and manage shared email inboxes and respond to inquiries promptly
• Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines and follow-ups
• Communicate with field staff, builders, homeowners, and customers regarding project updates
• Maintain accurate customer information, job files, and documentation
• Assist with ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
• Track project information and ensure necessary documentation is up to date
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
• Assist with general administrative duties and office organization
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed
• Provide administrative support to management and assist with special projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
• Construction or service industry experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Dependable and comfortable working in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$27/hour , depending on experience
• Evaluation Hire with opportunity for permanent placement
• 10 days PTO, including holidays
• No medical benefits during the evaluation period
