We are seeking a dedicated and experienced and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and lawn care, with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in various outdoor maintenance tasks. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, providing essential services that enhance the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services including mowing, fertilization, aeration, and weed control.
• Maintain landscape features through trimming, pruning, and tree care.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, riding mowers
• Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient water usage.
• Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with team members on hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and organized after completing tasks.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively.
• Experience in lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Familiarity with gardening principles and horticulture best practices.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to perform tree trimming, hard-scape installation, and general construction tasks.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance requirements preferred.
• Capability to manage time effectively while working independently or as part of a team.
