Shift Lead – Salem’s Fresh Eats (Lakeland Location)
Re Opening October – Hiring Begins Mid-September
Salem’s Fresh Eats is looking for reliable and motivated Shift Leads to help launch our new Lakeland location. If you’re ready to step into leadership and support daily operations, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Support FOH and BOH teams during shifts.
- Ensure smooth service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Lead by example and assist with training new team members.
- Help manage inventory and reduce waste.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in food service or retail preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Open availability, especially nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
