Chauffeur
Universal Travel Concierge is seeking a dependable and professional Chauffeur to provide exceptional transportation services to our valued clients within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. As a Chauffeur, you will be responsible for delivering safe, timely, and comfortable rides, ensuring clients receive a premium travel experience. Your role involves navigating efficiently through traffic, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, and offering courteous assistance to clients as needed. We value individuals who demonstrate punctuality, discretion, and a customer-focused attitude, as you will represent Universal Travel Concierge's commitment to quality and professionalism throughout all client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and safe transportation services to clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned vehicles.
- Plan routes effectively to avoid delays and ensure punctual arrivals.
- Assist clients with luggage and other transportation needs.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients at all times.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations strictly.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all client interactions.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a chauffeur or professional driver is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and maintaining client confidentiality.
