Supply Chain Manager

Description

Residential Elevators is seeking an experienced and motivated Supply chain Manager to work our of our manufacturing plant in Crawfordville, FL.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company's supply chain, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.

The Supply Chain Manager will also develop and and implement strategic plans designed to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product delivery.

This position will also manage relationships with suppliers, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders; as well as leading a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company objectives, including inventory management, demand forecasting, supplier selection, and transportation logistics of incoming goods.

Lead the procurement process, negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing supplier performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Monitor and optimize inventory levels across the supply chain to minimize stockouts and excess inventory costs.

Collaborate with other departments, including Finance and Logistics, to optimize operations, maximize resources, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.

Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals, including procurement and inventory control specialists.

Responsible for creating a culture of forward-looking individuals that embrace change, initiate plans for long-term growth, and foster strategic relationships.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
