Traveling Navigational Officer
As a Traveling Navigation Trainer within the Safety & Marine Standards division of Global Marine Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient navigation of our cruise ships. Your primary objective is to train and develop navigation personnel, implement and uphold navigation policies and procedures, and contribute to the overall success of our maritime operations. Working within the training team, the Traveling Navigation Trainers are part owners of the Navigation Training Program, and they create, update, and implement training programs that meet the needs of Nautical Officers and Ratings where they are in their personal career journey. You will support the continuous professional development of each Nautical Officer individually, by delivering custom-tailored programs designed to fit their needs. Operating in the unique environment of the cruise industry, your experience in a maritime setting is essential to excel in this role.
