Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, professional, and experienced American Red Cross certified instructors to conduct in-person CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS classes. Instructors will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on training while ensuring full compliance with Red Cross standards.

Responsibilities
- Teach CPR/AED, First Aid, and/or BLS classes in accordance with American Red Cross guidelines
- Facilitate hands-on skills sessions and ensure student competency
- Maintain a professional and engaging classroom environment
- Complete and submit all required class documentation (attendance rosters, class summaries, incident reports)
- Ensure timely certification processing for all participants
- Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled classes

Requirements
- Current American Red Cross Instructor Certification (Required)
- Ability to teach in-person classes in Deerfield Beach, FL and surrounding areas
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience teaching CPR/BLS classes
- Experience with group or corporate training
- Ability to teach multiple course types (CPR/AED, First Aid, BLS)

Compensation
- $150–$200 per class (based on experience and class size)
- Additional earning opportunities for corporate and private group sessions

Work Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
- Weekday evenings and weekend availability preferred
- Classes scheduled in advance
