Position Overview:

We’re looking for a feet-on-the-ground, grassroots Patient Outreach & Growth Representative to help expand awareness of Dope Doctors’ weight loss services and bring in new patients. This role is perfect for someone who’s outgoing, motivated, and comfortable building relationships face-to-face.

You’ll be actively engaging with local businesses and community spaces such as salons, gyms, spas, wellness centers, barbershops, health clinics, and other high-traffic locations to introduce our services and drive patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local businesses and community locations to promote Dope Doctors’ weight loss programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, managers, and staff.
• Educate potential partners and patients about our weight loss medications and services.
• Distribute marketing materials and coordinate referral opportunities.
• Represent the Dope Doctors brand professionally and confidently in the community.
• Track outreach activity, leads, and conversions.
• Meet or exceed outreach and patient acquisition goals.

Ideal Candidate

• Highly outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to new people.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in sales, brand ambassador work, community outreach, fitness, wellness, or healthcare is a plus.
• Familiarity with the local community and businesses is strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Structure

• $20 per hour + commission for each patient conversion.
• 1099 independent contractor position.
