Oral Surgery Office Manager

Full-Time | No Nights | No Weekends

We are a busy, well-established oral surgery practice seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations and keep the practice running efficiently. This role is critical. We need someone who owns outcomes, holds people accountable, and knows how to manage both people and processes in a surgical environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing all day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced oral surgery setting
• Leading, training, and supervising front desk, clinical, and support staff
• Managing schedules, patient flow, and provider efficiency
• Monitoring KPIs including production, collections, schedules, and call performance
• Ensuring exceptional patient experience from first call through post-op care
• Handling staffing issues, performance management, and hiring support
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and company policies
• Coordinating with doctors, regional leadership, and support teams
• Managing supplies, vendors, and office budgets
• Troubleshooting problems before they become bigger issues

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as an office manager in oral surgery or dental specialty strongly preferred
• Proven leadership skills. You can manage strong personalities and set clear expectations
• Solid understanding of dental/medical scheduling, insurance, and billing workflows
• Comfortable using practice management software and reporting tools
• Organized, decisive, and calm under pressure
• Direct communicator who follows through
• High standards for professionalism, accountability, and patient care
