Project Manager

An established, employee-owned Mechanical Contractor based in the Tampa region with over 30 years in practice is seeking a Project Manager with experience managing large-scale HVAC hydronic and chilled-water system projects . This position oversees major healthcare and hospitality builds in the $10M-$35M range, including hospitals, medical office buildings, labs, and high-end hospitality facilities. The role includes both retrofit and ground-up projects and requires strong technical understanding of chilled water systems rather than standard AC.

Qualifications:
5-10+ years of experience in mechanical contracting with HVAC
Experience managing projects in healthcare, medical office, or hospitality settings
Strong understanding of chilled water and hydronic HVAC systems
Proven ability to manage mechanical scopes on $10M-$35M projects
Ability to oversee multiple projects across the Greater Tampa region
Strong communication, scheduling, and client-facing skills

Responsibilities:
Manage large-scale healthcare and hospitality HVAC hydronic projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and coordination
Lead communication between field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and ownership
Ensure proper installation and coordination of chilled water systems, hydronic components, and mechanical equipment
Drive project progress while maintaining strict safety, quality, and compliance standards
