Job Opening: Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Cocoa Beach Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Property Management

We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and brings deep expertise in accounting operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Process and manage payroll for 9 separate companies , ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Benefits Administration: Serve as the point of contact for employee benefits , including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Accounts Payable: AP functions including vendor management, invoice processing, and payment scheduling.
• Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations across multiple company credit cards with precision and timeliness.
• General Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and ledgers in accordance with GAAP .
• Reporting: Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

✅ Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) .
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Must have more than 5 years bookkeeping experience.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Prior experience in benefits administration.
