Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Call Center Support Specialist for a temporary assignment in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role supports public sector election operations by assisting voters, answering high-volume inbound calls, researching voter information, and providing accurate election-related guidance. This is a great opportunity for a customer service professional who enjoys meaningful, community-focused work in a structured and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities - Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.- Respond to voter inquiries regarding registration, election dates, voting methods, vote-by-mail, polling locations, precinct information, and related services.
- Research voter records using internal systems and web-based applications to provide accurate information.
- Enter, update, verify, and maintain voter-related information in designated data entry systems.
- Document caller interactions according to established procedures and department guidelines.
- Provide administrative and clerical support while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive voter information. Compensation and Benefits - Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary. (July 20, 2026 to August 28, 2026)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
