Communication Advisor

Nuclear Energy About the role: We're looking for a Communication Advisor on behalf of our client. This is a 9-months contract assignment.(W-2) You will help develop communication strategies for assigned teams. You will help create and distribute content for internal and external audiences, helps coordinate communications projects and campaigns, and provides daily support to senior communications staff. Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 Key Responsibilities:

• Help develop and implement communication plans, key messages and campaigns to support goals.
• Draft and edit content for multiple channels, including print ads, event invitations or notices, presentations, and internal communications.
• Support the coordination and logistics of events and meetings.
• Help monitor media coverage and team member feedback and help prepare reports on communications effectiveness.
• Provide administrative and project support to senior communications team members.
• Help gather information to inform messaging and campaign development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations or marketing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Teams and familiarity with digital communications tools, including AI, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat.
• 2+ years of experience supporting communications in a corporate or agency setting.
• Experience with AP Style.
• Familiarity with renewable energy or utility industrycommunications helpful.
