About North American Refrigeration
North American Refrigeration is a Florida based industrial refrigeration contractor that serves the refrigeration needs of operators throughout the Southeast. Over the last 20 years, North American has built a reputation for delivering quality construction, effective preventative maintenance programs, and dependable 24/7 emergency service.
What You'll Do:
- Provide Service & Support: Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test facility equipment.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose issues, determine the right solutions, and communicate resolutions to the customer or Service Manager.
- System Start-Ups: Complete pump-outs and start up equipment after construction projects, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers while keeping them informed about service progress and solutions.
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety procedures and ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate.
- Expense Management: Submit accurate and timely expense reports in line with North American Refrigeration's guidelines.
- Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record and be prepared to travel extensively across the continental U.S.
- Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep projects moving forward and customers happy.

- Flexible & Ready to Travel: Although our goal is to keep you as local as possible, you would be required to travel as required, with overnight stays as needed.
- Safety-Minded: You never compromise on safety and follow all reporting procedures to the letter.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or associate degree, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Preferred : CIRO/CARO certifications, experience with industrial refrigeration systems, and knowledge of electrical components.
- Ability to work well independently with limited supervision.
- Effective communication skills.
