Sales Representative
Trad's Pest Control is seeking a proven, results-driven Commercial Pest Control Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new commercial pest control opportunities and managing existing accounts.
Your energetic approach to outside sales, combined with strong management and negotiation skills, will drive recurring revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and technical skill to deliver effective pest control solutions to a diverse range of commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer service and retention through regular follow-ups and tailored solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive, value based sales presentations.
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company policies while meeting client needs.
- Utilize software to track sales activities and manage customer information.
- Collaborate with internal teams on service delivery, upselling opportunities, and resolving customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven success in commercial recurring revenue sales.
- Strong knowledge of territory management, lead generation techniques, and direct sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver compelling, value based sales presentations.
- Ability to use software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of motivation and organization.
- Experience in marketing strategies, analysis skills, and upselling techniques.
- To work at Trad's, you must qualify for an ID Card with Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; pass a drug screen; hold a valid driver's license; have clear background screen and MVR.
