Manager, Finance (Lab):Â

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Finance Manager to lead a high-performing analytics team and play a key role in driving financial insight, operational improvement, and smart decision-making across the organization. This is a highly visible role partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, with real ownership and influence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a financial reporting and analytics team
• Deliver clear, executive-ready insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain advanced financial models focused on pricing, profitability, and operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and leadership on data-driven initiatives
• Lead or support cross-functional process improvement projects
• Prioritize, delegate, and ensure high-quality analytical output across the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA strongly preferred (this is a big plus)
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong background in financial systems, reporting, and analytics
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Experience with reporting tools (Cognos or Crystal Reports)
• Intermediate SQL skills and solid understanding of relational databases
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Six Sigma or process improvement experience is a plus
• Healthcare or lab-related industry experience is beneficial, but not required
