- Answering phones & routing calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Filing
- Emailing
The ideal candidate is friendly and has great communications skills. Is familiar with Outlook and other Microsoft programs.
Bilingual & Previous work in this field is preferred
We are currently hiring for a motivated individual. We need someone who has customer service skills and is able to multi-task. We would prefer someone who is detailed oriented and can work well in a team, but also alone in some tasks. Someone who is professional and a self starter.
