Human Resources Executive Assistant (1128)

Job Purpose

The Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor providing high level administrative and operational support to the Vice President. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment and a high degree of discretion, enabling the Vice President to maximize effectiveness in leading the organization from a Human Resources strategic position. The Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison between the Vice President of Human Resources and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information,. priorities and initiatives.

Essential Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum five to seven years of progressive experience supporting executives in a complex fast-paced organization
  • Experience in luxury retail or related industries
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative project management tools
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and anticipate organizational priorities and directions
  • Very high level of attention to detail in all projects
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with executives, brand
