HRIS Analyst
- Perform system configuration changes (e.g., workflows, notifications, data fields).
- Support mass data updates for compensation, reorganizations, and HR programs.
- Partner with HR teams to understand process needs and recommend system-based solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to system access, data, and reporting.
- Maintain user roles and permissions in accordance with data security policies.
- Assist in system integration requirements gathering and validation
- Maintain the HRIS systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Create, generate and maintain reports, and provide insights to support HR strategies, compliance, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Participate in the implementation of new HRIS modules and functionalities, as well as managing system upgrades and patches.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
- Respond to questions by determining the best course of action to approach and resolve issues.
- Assist in facilitating the streamlining of HR processes and workflows through the innovative use of HRIS technology.
- Ensure HRIS practices adhere to legal regulations and maintaining data privacy and security.
- Champion data consistency and integrity across all HR systems and downstream applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High level of comfort with Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Power Automate preferred.
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and configuration practices.
- Understanding of data privacy, governance, and security best practices.
- Analytical mindset with attention to process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have the ability to effectively and efficiently work with changing priorities.
- High level of familiarity with HRIS functionality for report-generation and data-gathering.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or comparable related experience required.
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications a plus.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in HRIS or HR Data Analytics; ADP experience preferred.
- Usual office working conditions.
- Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.
