Receptionist
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Greeting and assisting visitors, family members, residents, and corporate staff
- Performing minor filing and general administrative tasks
- Assisting with hands-on support when needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be computer literate (comfortable using basic office software and email)
- Flexible schedule availability
- Monday through Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Plus either:
- Every other Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM OR
- Every other Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- May be required to work rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, additional hours, or different positions as facility needs require.
