Licensed Bilingual Couples Therapist (Spanish/English)

About the Role:

CMC Therapy is a boutique private practice in Davie, FL, known for its warm, spa-like environment and values-driven approach. We are currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed therapist with strong experience or clinical competency in couples and family therapy to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for a compassionate, relational clinician who enjoys working systemically — supporting individuals, couples, and families — and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Applicants must be available to work late afternoon to early evening, with the option to expand hours as your caseload grows.

• Provide therapy services in English and Spanish to individuals, couples, and families.
• Utilize relational and systemic approaches when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and community engagement as needed.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Florida (LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, or related license).
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated competency, training, or experience in couples and/or family therapy.
• Available for late afternoon to early evening weekly.
• Reliable, professional, and aligned with CMC Therapy’s client-centered values.

Preferred:

• Specialized training in couples or family therapy (Gottman, EFT, structural, systemic, etc.).
• Experience working with trauma, relationships, and family dynamics.
• EMDR-trained or certified (a plus).
• Credentialed with Headway or major insurance panels.
• Weekend availability.
