Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical care and client service.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to veterinarians including recent graduates.

• Collaborate with local teams to enhance efficiency workflows and client satisfaction.

• Support recruitment onboarding and ongoing professional development.

• Assist with practice operations scheduling and performance review.

• Promote compliance with medical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.

• Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain one in Florida)

• 3-5 years of clinical veterinary experience preferred.

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
